BOOKS
Books that we list are in fair to very good condition. They are the quality that would be found in a used bookstore. They may have flaws that we have missed in our visual inspection. If you have any issues with books that you have received please contact us so we can find a solution. We may have another copy or we may grant a refund upon photos being sent that show the damage.
CLOTHING NEW WITH TAGS
All of our items are donated. Some may be donated with tags still attached or in the package. We term these items New or NWT because they have never been worn. They are Donated New. Any of our clothing may have a light smoke or musty odor from being stored. We do not list anything that we do not believe could be cleaned but the items may not be suitable for gift giving. We do try to note if we notice an odor but may miss something that someone else may be more sensitive to. Please be aware that this is a possibility.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases made, as required by individual states. Please be aware of your states status in regards to this.

All items ship via USPS or FEDEX as listed in the auction within 5 full business days (not including weekends or holidays) of confirmed payment.
