Shipping
Most orders are usually shipped within 24. Shipping to PR, HI, AK, VI, MP, APOs and PO Boxes carries surcharge (contact before purchase). Orders are shipped from Santa Clarita, CA 91350. Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Tracking number will be provided to you when shipped. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.
Return Policy
We guarantee against manufacturers’ defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) obtained via e-mail. Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
