We accept APS, PF, & PSE certificates on philatelic items. Encased holders are not accepted.

or the inability of the agency to offer an opinion, will not be grounds for return.
Shipping
We provide FREE privately insured & tracked shipping on all domestic U.S. addressed purchases of $25 or more.
You may combine lesser orders (paid for at the same time) to meet this level and get FREE shipping.
Domestic U.S. addressed purchases below $25 will be charged $4 for shipping.
This covers the costs for secure, insured, First Class Parcel postage, with tracking.
Domestic Shipments over $500 are sent with signature confirmation required on delivery.
Domestic Orders over $1000 with be shipped by Priority mail, over $2500 by Express… all for FREE!
Shipments outside the U.S.A., its territories or APOs, will be completed using Global Shipping Services, or other service that will be agreed prior to purchase.
Import duties and sales taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be billed on your invoice separately.
We routinely ship within one business day. Tracking information should be available by the following evening.
International Shipments may be delayed by handling at the Global Shipping Service or in Customs.
