DHL is the world’s largest logistics company, not postal service.
It has a tracking number and delivers items faster than postal service. But since it’s not postal service, the customs checking might be strict a little bit than postal shipment depending on each countries. You might be required some documents or tax, fee to receive items by your customs. DHL shipping cost is more expensive compared to postal service, but if you can agree with the above explanation, we will ship your item by DHL without additional cost until we can use postal service.
As for other countries, we ship items by ePacket as always.

You can return item in 60 days after receiving an item.
